The Copenhagen Daybed is a made to order sofabed available in a choice of over 130 fabrics.

The Copenhagen Daybed is hand crafted in our UK factory and features a fully upholstered wooden frame, foam seat cushion and rectangular arm cushions .  Daybeds traditionally can be placed at the foot of a bed, but work perfectly in a study or against a wall anywhere in the house.  The folded out sofabed is the size of a small double bed, which is ideal for occasional use by guests

Customise Your Sofabed

  1. Your Fabric Selection *

    Please make a selection from the fabric choices available.

  2. Mattress Upgrade *

    Your new sofabed comes with a foam mattress and a trampoline base. Please note all mattresses fold into the sofabed action.

  3. Add Mattress Topper

    Your new sofabed comes with either a foam or pocket sprung mattress, for extra comfort you can add a mattress topper. Our topper is 10cm deep with 1400gsm super soft microfibre fill and has elastic corner straps for easy fitting. The mattress toppers are designed to fit our sofabeds and we will supply the topper to match the width of sofabed action your choose. Please note the topper will need to be stored separately to your sofabed.

  4. Add Duvet and Pillow Set

    Your can add a set of 2 pillows and a duvet to your sofabed. Our Deluxe Set is a 15 tog hollow fibre duvet with polycotton outer and polycotton covered pillows. Our Egyptian Cotton Hotel Quality Set is a 13.5 tog feather duvet with Egyptian cotton outer and Egyptian cotton covered pillows. Please note the duvet and pillows will need to be stored separately to your sofabed.

  5. Add Arm Caps

    You can order arm caps to match your new sofabed. Made from the fabric you have chosen for your sofabed they will help prolong the life of your new sofabed.

  6. Add Scatter Cushions

    You can order 1, 2, 3 or 4 scatter cushions made to order in fabric to match your new sofabed. Our scatters are fibre filled and are 40cm square.

  7. Wider Bed Upgrade

    Your new sofabed comes with a sofabed action that is the same size as a small double bed as standard (188cm x 119cm) Upgrade to a standard double bed size action (188cm x 139cm). This upgrade will also have the benefit of increasing the width of the seating area by approximately 20cm. Please note it will increase the Total Width of your sofabed by 20cm, so you need to ensure that this will fit in your room.

  8. Bolt on Arms

    Your new sofabed comes with fixed arms. Bolt on arms allows the arms to be removed and attached to fit through narrow doorways and passages. Please note the total width of your sofa will increase by 6cm. <!– what is this? –>

  9. Storage Footstool

    Your can order a footstool to match your sofabed. These will be manufactured in the same fabric as your sofabed. Available as a Small (45cm high x 52cm wide x 52cm deep) or as a Large (45cm high x 104cm wide x 52cm deep)

Please be aware that your order is accepted subject to our terms and conditions, it is imperative that you check that the Sofabed will fit into your home, and ultimately your room of choice. Please check carefully door measurements, stairwells etc. This is a bespoke manufactured product and we do not accept returns on the basis that it does not fit into your home. Please note that if you order a wider bed mechanism the overall width increases by 20 cm.

Surpassed expectations

I am very pleased with my new sofabed. It looks great. Very sturdy and well made. Haven’t used it as a bed yet.
The delivery was within time frame given and delivered by very helpful people. No hesitation is recommending.

The daybed was delivered within 4 weeks. The 2 delivery men kindly took it upstairs and placed in the room I wanted, even though it was very heavy. The bed was well packaged and was exactly as I was expecting.
