The Wiltshire Sofabed fits perfectly into any room in your house.  It is ideal in a living room, spare room, bedroom or study.  It has a contemporary design that features a sleek  arm, single seat cushion and twin back cushions.

The Wiltshire Sofabed has a fully upholstered wooden frame with a single foam seat cushion, two fibre back cushions and two fibre arm cushions.  It also features solid wooden angled feet.  The Wiltshire is made to order, in your choice of fabric, in our UK factories.

The folded out sofabed is the size of a small double bed, which is ideal for occasional use and guests.  The bed has a foam mattress on top of a trampoline base. This mimics the feeling and comfort of a fully sprung mattress.  To change from a sofabed to a sofa, remove the seat and back cushions and fold out the sofabed action.  The back cushions can then be slotted into the gap between the sofa back and the mattress.  Your new sofabed is delivered by a 2 man team to a room of choice.

  1. Your Fabric Selection *

    Please make a selection from the fabric choices available.

  2. Mattress Upgrade *

    Your new sofabed comes with a foam mattress and a trampoline base. Please note all mattresses fold into the sofabed action.

  3. Add Mattress Topper

    Your new sofabed comes with either a foam or pocket sprung mattress, for extra comfort you can add a mattress topper. Our topper is 10cm deep with 1400gsm super soft microfibre fill and has elastic corner straps for easy fitting. The mattress toppers are designed to fit our sofabeds and we will supply the topper to match the width of sofabed action your choose. Please note the topper will need to be stored separately to your sofabed.

  4. Add Duvet and Pillow Set

    Your can add a set of 2 pillows and a duvet to your sofabed. Our Deluxe Set is a 15 tog hollow fibre duvet with polycotton outer and polycotton covered pillows. Our Egyptian Cotton Hotel Quality Set is a 13.5 tog feather duvet with Egyptian cotton outer and Egyptian cotton covered pillows. Please note the duvet and pillows will need to be stored separately to your sofabed.

  5. Add Arm Caps

    You can order arm caps to match your new sofabed. Made from the fabric you have chosen for your sofabed they will help prolong the life of your new sofabed.

  6. Add Scatter Cushions

    You can order 1, 2, 3 or 4 scatter cushions made to order in fabric to match your new sofabed. Our scatters are fibre filled and are 40cm square.

  7. Wider Bed Upgrade

    Your new sofabed comes with a sofabed action that is the same size as a small double bed as standard (188cm x 119cm) Upgrade to a standard double bed size action (188cm x 139cm). This upgrade will also have the benefit of increasing the width of the seating area by approximately 20cm. Please note it will increase the Total Width of your sofabed by 20cm, so you need to ensure that this will fit in your room.

  8. Hotel Sofabed Action

    Your new sofabed comes with a domestic specification sofabed action. Upgrade to a 2 fold hotel grade sofabed action. This upgrade will have the benefit of a much stronger metal frame and a deeper 10cm mattress. Please note the total depth of your sofa will increase by 20cm and the width will increase by 1cm, so you need to ensure that this will fit in your room. <!– – what is this? –>

  9. Bolt on Arms

    Your new sofabed comes with fixed arms. Bolt on arms allows the arms to be removed and attached to fit through narrow doorways and passages. Please note the total width of your sofa will increase by 6cm. <!– what is this? –>

  10. Storage Footstool

    Your can order a footstool to match your sofabed. These will be manufactured in the same fabric as your sofabed. Available as a Small (45cm high x 52cm wide x 52cm deep) or as a Large (45cm high x 104cm wide x 52cm deep)

Please be aware that your order is accepted subject to our terms and conditions, it is imperative that you check that the Sofabed will fit into your home, and ultimately your room of choice. Please check carefully door measurements, stairwells etc. This is a bespoke manufactured product and we do not accept returns on the basis that it does not fit into your home. Please note that if you order a wider bed mechanism the overall width increases by 20 cm, and if you order a hotel mechanism it increases the sofa depth front to back by 20 cm.

Sofabed and delivery

The sofabed is as ordered and comfortable although the mattress is a little bouncy. No doubt this will become less so after time. Unfortunately whist the delivery was on time the two man team spent less than 5 mins unpacking and there was no demonstration of the sofa bed and they left after a maximum of 10 mins. For the charge of £20 this is daylight robbery and is a poor reflection on the sofabed company.

Wonderful sofabed

Sofabed.co.uk was an easy site to use. The fabric samples available were quite extensive and they arrived promptly. Having paid a little extra for the hotel mechanism I’m so pleased I did - it’s so easy to operate. The mattress is fairly substantial and comfortable, the best I could find online. I bought this to go in my garden room, primarily to accommodate the occasional guest but also to sit and read during the warmer months. Whilst the seating is a little hard this will soften in time. Overall I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and would recommend.
Please be aware, however, that the contracted delivery firm will not remove any packaging or demonstrate. Also, make sure the dimensions of the sofa bed will fit through any doors they need to negotiate.
