We pride ourselves on doing things a little bit differently to some of our competitors; we manufacture all our sofabeds ourselves right here in the UK. Coupled with this looking after our customers is all important, from making their sofabed to their specification, to ensuring they are delivered within 28 days. It is for this reason that we decided to recently join Trustpilot and we have got to say we have been overwhelmed with the response we have received. All the reviews have been really positive and have helped us to refine how we do business. Our favourite has got to be from Izabela and Michael. This is amazing company.
I tried to get sofa bed On line.
I tried well knows brands on the high street.
I tried almost everywhere to get my sofa bed quickly.
Most of them companies offered 4-11 weeks delivery.????
Then
I pick up the phone and started calling them companies to get clarification what actually quick delivery advertised On line means.
After several phone calls to the automatics answer machines I got real conversation with Sofabed company.
After 2 minutes of conversation with Steven I’ve been told to choose my new sofa bed,model and colour on his Web Side and he said it will happen within 3 days.
It was done and delivered within 32hours.
Amazing. Just 32 hours
It was exactly what we wanted.
We are well happy.
