We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We try to ensure that all information provided is as accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors in our advertising on our websites or in our brochures.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us.
Unless stated otherwise all prices quoted are in £ sterling.
Payment terms are cash, cheque (subject to guarantee/clearance), credit/debit card, PayPal and Payzone secure payment.
The title of the goods remains with Blackdog Upholstery Limited until payment has been made in full.
We will give you an estimated date for delivery of your order. If these dates cannot be met for whatever reason we will try to keep you informed of any delays and when you can expect delivery. Whilst we make every effort to keep to stated delivery times, we cannot be held liable for any loss or costs incurred as a result of a failure to meet estimated delivery dates and times. As a business, we manufacture and deliver our customer’s sofabeds in an industry-leading time of just 28 days. During the Christmas shutdown this leadtime will be extended to 35 days. We deliver sofabeds on our own van or by a carrier company.
Our normal delivery service is now back in operation and we are please to offer a 2 man white glove service to room of choice.
All the sofabeds that we manufacture are bespoke to an individuals requirements.
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you normally have the right to cancel a contract within seven days – starting from the day after you take delivery of goods (a “cooling off period”). However due to the nature of a sofa bed, and for hygiene reasons, and as our sofa beds are all cut and made to order the seven day rule does not apply. This is as per rule 3:38 of the Guide for Businesses on Distance Selling, dated September 2006
However, should you wish to return your sofabed we will accept this within 14 days of delivery. There will though be a restocking fee of 60% which will be deducted from your refund as well as any delivery costs incurred. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
