The Somerset Sofabed has a fully upholstered wooden frame with twin seat cushions, fibre back cushions and solid wooden feet.  The Somerset sofa bed is a perfect selection for any room in the house including spare bedrooms, conservatories and home studies.  It works just as well in apartments, flats and studios.

Customise Your Sofabed

  1. Your Fabric Selection *

    Please make a selection from the fabric choices available.

  2. Mattress Upgrade *

    Your new sofabed comes with a foam mattress and a trampoline base. Please note all mattresses fold into the sofabed action.

  3. Add Mattress Topper

    Your new sofabed comes with either a foam or pocket sprung mattress, for extra comfort you can add a mattress topper. Our topper is 10cm deep with 1400gsm super soft microfibre fill and has elastic corner straps for easy fitting. The mattress toppers are designed to fit our sofabeds and we will supply the topper to match the width of sofabed action your choose. Please note the topper will need to be stored separately to your sofabed.

  4. Add Duvet and Pillow Set

    Your can add a set of 2 pillows and a duvet to your sofabed. Our Deluxe Set is a 15 tog hollow fibre duvet with polycotton outer and polycotton covered pillows. Our Egyptian Cotton Hotel Quality Set is a 13.5 tog feather duvet with Egyptian cotton outer and Egyptian cotton covered pillows. Please note the duvet and pillows will need to be stored separately to your sofabed.

  5. Add Arm Caps

    You can order arm caps to match your new sofabed. Made from the fabric you have chosen for your sofabed they will help prolong the life of your new sofabed.

  6. Add Scatter Cushions

    You can order 1, 2, 3 or 4 scatter cushions made to order in fabric to match your new sofabed. Our scatters are fibre filled and are 40cm square.

  7. Wider Bed Upgrade

    Your new sofabed comes with a sofabed action that is the same size as a small double bed as standard (188cm x 119cm) Upgrade to a standard double bed size action (188cm x 139cm). This upgrade will also have the benefit of increasing the width of the seating area by approximately 20cm. Please note it will increase the Total Width of your sofabed by 20cm, so you need to ensure that this will fit in your room.

  8. Hotel Sofabed Action

    Your new sofabed comes with a domestic specification sofabed action. Upgrade to a 2 fold hotel grade sofabed action. This upgrade will have the benefit of a much stronger metal frame and a deeper 10cm mattress. Please note the total depth of your sofa will increase by 20cm and the width will increase by 1cm, so you need to ensure that this will fit in your room. <!– – what is this? –>

  9. Bolt on Arms

    Your new sofabed comes with fixed arms. Bolt on arms allows the arms to be removed and attached to fit through narrow doorways and passages. Please note the total width of your sofa will increase by 6cm. <!– what is this? –>

  10. Storage Footstool

    Your can order a footstool to match your sofabed. These will be manufactured in the same fabric as your sofabed. Available as a Small (45cm high x 52cm wide x 52cm deep) or as a Large (45cm high x 104cm wide x 52cm deep)

Please be aware that your order is accepted subject to our terms and conditions, it is imperative that you check that the Sofabed will fit into your home, and ultimately your room of choice. Please check carefully door measurements, stairwells etc. This is a bespoke manufactured product and we do not accept returns on the basis that it does not fit into your home. Please note that if you order a wider bed mechanism the overall width increases by 20 cm, and if you order a hotel mechanism it increases the sofa depth front to back by 20 cm.

What a find!

Excellent customer service (I phoned before ordering to ask some questions). Great delivery guys who unpacked for me. Incredibly comfortable as both a sofa and a bed - which (reading internet reviews of other sofabeds) was beginning to feel like an impossible ask. It's getting heavy use by my sons as the sofa for the Xbox set up, and also every weekend as my partners son's bed (and he's 6 foot tall). Complete winner.

Looks Good

The sofa bed looks good and seems to be made well. However the seat cushions when used as a settee are very solid with hardly any give. I've checked on line but there doesn't seem to be any options to amend. Having never bought a sofa bed before I don't know if they have to be like this due to the bed mechanism being directly under the cushions. Something to think about if like us it is to be bought as an occasional bed but to be used mostly as a settee.
