At sofabed.co.uk we love to hear from our customers. Whether a review is good or bad, we want to know so we can look to improve the products and services that we offer. We are pleased to say that we have received lots and lots of lovely 5 star reviews on Trustpilot, but never a 6 star review. That is until Marcus Streets wrote us a review and decided that a 5 star review on Trustpilot just did not do justice to the service he had received from sofabed.co.uk. So thank you Marcus for our first ever 6 star review (even if officially it is only 5 star).

If I could give this company six stars I would.
We bought a chaise lounge in a lovely red. It is a delight to sit or lounge on. The fold out bed works well, not that we have been permitted visitors to use it yet.
First we were kept up to date about progress and to arrange delivery. The delivery staff went above and beyond – bring it right into the room, even though they were only contracted to leave it at the door. They even had to remove and replace the feet to get it though our narrow door.
Secondly, there was a minor issue. The cutter had reversed the cover for the arm. But as soon as I let them know by amial, I got a reply from the managing director and a new cover was posted to me the next day.
Then despite the fact I was perfectly happy, I could not stop them from making me some matching cushion covers.
